You are invited to attend YEA! 2009 Youth Environment Awards to be held at Coral Sea Resort Thursday May 21 in Airlie Beach, the Heart of Australia’s Great Barrier Reef.

EcoKids are entering the third year of successful environmental activity associated with the Reef Guardian program of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority

Youth Environment Awards are presented to individuals, groups, business, government services and others that have made meaningful and positive contribution to improving and maintaining the environment.

Once again, our activities will engage youth of Whitsunday in wearable art EcoArt fashions made with recycled materials and artworks that highlight our environment.
